I know nothing about the stoeger, but the A300 is a pretty solid platform. I’ve shot a few, and was between the a300 and the sx3 back when I bought my last shotgun. I went with the sx3, the a300 was new and hard to find back then if I remember right. But I’ve shot a few since then and have heard nothing but praises about it. Don’t think you could go wrong with the A300 line if it checks the boxes for what you are wanting.

I have an a300 outlander and a 3020. I love the outlander and have never had an issue with it. The 3020 gets jams once in a while but not enough to where I consider it an issue. I like shooting the 3020 for dove and teal and use the outlander for big ducks and geese/crane.

Bps has the a300 on sale for $699 right now. Seems like a heck of a deal

My buddy bought an a300 a couple years ago and then the $7xx price was the best around. Sounds like you ain’t gonna beat that price. I’ve had to convince myself multiple times I don’t need an a300

I have an a300 in 12 ga. Shot it next to a Super Black Eagle 3 and a a400 and couldn’t tell much of a difference. Run the a300 real dirty and never had any issues
