Storing guns and ammo

Inside a spray foam insulated house whats the best way to store ammo and guns? Inside a good safe and also in a gun cabinet (not air tight at all).

Do nothing, just use gun socks (silicone treated), use desiccant beads, use a golden rod, or what else? Or a combo of things?

I'm not sure the temp changes enough in my house and closet that I need anything but really have no idea. I've never used desiccant beads or golden rod so not sure how good or if they work.

Ammo boxes seem to be pretty air tight. I know because I just opened these and they released air (because they have not been opened in 20 years LOL) So maybe just toss in a oxygen absorber?

My guns are in a safe in the climate controlled house with a golden rod. Ammo is everywhere, house, garage, work shop.

In the safe in shed on car port with golden rod. Been there for years, no issues. Just have a schedule for cleaning. I do have some around if I need them.
