Magpul stock

Bought a Magpul stock for my Ruger American but I didn't get any recoil lugs or bolts. Is that supposed to be included with the stock????

You are supposed to have 2 V blocks and screws with the stock....not recoil lugs though. The recoil lug is on the barreled action.
