Doesn’t Triggertech make a Model 7 trigger now?

They very well could. I haven’t given them a second look since I got rid of my 7 about 4-5 years ago. That one couldn’t leave my safe fast enough lol

I would be really surprised if bedding and a trigger didn't get that rifle to MOA or better and handloads could improve on that even

Agreed. I’ve had several rifles that all they needed was a GOOD trigger. After that bed the action. Or just find a new stocks and have it pillared if it isn’t and bedded.

My money says doing that will get you the accuracy you want and you want be into a full blown rebuild.
