Inherited a 7.62x39 with no info?

You have a frankengun made from a milsurp rifle. Looks like it started as a Spanish 1916 Mauser based on the shape of the gas relief and bottom metal. Originally 7mm. Many were converted to 7.62x51 and are of questionable safety with modern loads.
