Magshack; anybody with experience?

I ordered a couple of mags on the 18th. They say they ship within 1 or 2 days. Priority mail. I know Thanksgiving was at the end of expected delivery time.....by their on site "expected delivery date".
I checked Monday the 21rst just to check. It said 21-24. So, I expected maybe 22nd otherwise Friday after Thanksgiving.
I know stuff happens and not upset that they're not here yet...it's the fact that I've emailed them twice, their expected delivery date kept changing and finally got an "error" on delivery date and saying it's still processing with absolutely no communications. It would sure be nice if people cared about customer service.

well, well, well. after 10 days a shipment is stated! Not too bad for "in stock" supplies.

Well I can’t speak for their shipping but one of the mags I bought had the wrong body. It was a 5.56 body with a 350l follower. These were dura mag magazines so I can’t blame the mag shack. I sent them a message online and they emailed me back apologizing for the inconvenience and said they will ship me a new mag first thing tomorrow. So it appears their customer service seems pretty good.
