    Henry Customer Service A+++

    Had an original tube load only Big Boy 44 mag that is about 15 years old sitting around in the safe with a broken mag tube for about 8 years. Finally got around to sending it in for a repair couple weeks ago and just received it back today.

    Only thing wrong with it was the catch notch on the tube to hold down the inner tube was cracked. I received back basically a brand new rifle only thing original I got back was the action, all new Wood, sights, barrel, inner and outer magazine tube. And all done in less than 3 weeks from start to finish from first phone call. Would have been faster but it took me a couple of days to get it dropped off at UPS.

    Nothing but good things to say about Henry customer service at this point. Didn't cost me a dime either. Fantastic company to deal with.

    Yep, good folks there. They sent me 2 different mag tubes for different rifles for free when I requested them. They have tendency to fly away when taking them out , lol.
    My rifles are accurate as well, love them.

      If only they would listen to me and make the 41 mag with a side gate loading instead of the pesky tube. Then I might own one.
