It's basically just like hydro dipping, but with a paint bath instead of film. You can do it with spray paint. It need to be oil based. Spray whatever colors you want into the water, stir/swirl to your desired pattern, and dip your object. Before pulling it back it if the water, leave it submerged and push all the excess paint away, so when you pull it up, it doesn't double dip. Hang it up and let it dry. That's about it. Don't know a whole lot about it. This is the first time I've done it. There's videos on YouTube, showing it being done.
