Help for uploading pic for profile

I keep getting an upload error when trying to put my pic that I had before on my profile. Any suggestions?

It's REALLY EASY!

Just click quote on the posts you want to quote, then roll up to the top of the page and on the left side just above the first post on that page is a "Post reply" button that will have in () the number of posts you clicked on...
Click on that and just type away...
