turn ur grill on high let it get hot then put the burners on low then throw garlic salt on both sides cook for about 3 hours flip every 30 mins

I use Rudy's Meat rub on them. Put them in water and cook in the oven for 2-3 hours. Then smear them with Rudy's BBQ sause and cook on the grill for 20 mins. Yumm

Thats interesting, I boil them in a big pot then either bake them or grill them. Using a dry rub or sauce. I have recently become a fan of that Head Country BBQ sauce.
