I am growing several different peppers in the garden this year, jalepenos, banana peppers, anaheim, and pablano. What is the best way to keep them until I have enough to can? In the past I usually have just had several jalapeno plants and only had to wait a couple of days to get enough to can, but its taking longer since I only have 1 of each plant this year. Should I freeze them or just keep them in the fridge until I have enough to can?
