We do salsa chicken a lot in the instant pot, it can be done in the crockpot too. It’s as simple as a pack of chicken breast or tenders and 1 jar of salsa and let it go

I have always done this one with 3 chicken breasts. Large jar of Herdez salsa and a little taco seasoning. Shred it towards the end for great tacos. Even better the next day mixed with cheese for enchiladas.
