Boneless turkey breast. Very Simple but is very good and leftovers can be used for sandwiches. Baste with olive oil and any of your favorite dry rubs. Smoke/cook at 275 and use a thermometer to 165 internal. About 3 to 3 1/2 hours. Can't mess it up.

I ran a pork loin on my GMG the other day, low and slow with smoke tube. Just rubbed your typical brisket rub on it.

Stayed occasionally with butter flavored spray oil. Cooked to 150. It was darn good! Almost cheating

check out malcolm reed. he does a lot of things on his pellet grill. i tried his pork butt and it is really good and really easy. 0 - 400 wings are very good and crispy. pork loin to 140 is great as well

Been pellet cooking for years. I miss the mystique, charm and smoke of my old stick burner but I value my sleep in my old age. Not stoking the fire throughout the night is a big plus.

You using that in your pellet grill? What’s the brand?

Pellet grill is only way I cook bacon anymore. No mess or smell in the house.

I do a lot of wings. Toss with a little oil and seasoning cook at 350. Remove and toss in favorite sauce.

Reverse sear steaks. Salmon with orange pepper seasoning and butter the other night was fantastic.

Bought a large pizza stone that is almost the size of my grill to do multiple pizzas at a time.

Like many others have said you can cook just about anything you would normally smoke, grill or bake. Just start cooking and have fun.

I was looking at those pizza oven addon too. Does the insert increase the temp higher than the grill.?

Yes. Fits my Rec Teq 700. Pretty sure it works on the 590 as well. Not sure about other brand grills.

OUT OF STOCK Convert your GMG Pellet Grill into a Wood-Fired gourmet pizza oven. The pizza oven attachment captures and funnels the heat from the Firebox directly up and into the steel baking chamber encasing the pizza stone. This process raises the internal temperature of your pellet grill to that of a real wood burning pizza oven. It creates temperatures upwards of 800°F, allowing you to cook ristorante quality pizzas in 2-4 minutes. It’s also useful for baking bread at 400°F - 600°F and searing steaks at 900°F. Attachment fits the Peak and Ledge models (DB/JB) models only. * Pizza peel not included

Yes. I usually put pizza in when stone hits 750 degrees f.
