Left over wings ?

Anyone had any luck freezing left over hot wings ? I hate just making a dozen or two at a time .

I wonder if vac seal, air fry, and respin would be any good. Probably best bet.

I normally do too . Might give freezing them a try . I just cooked like 6 dozen today . Kids won’t eat them .

When I have left over wings I’ll usually save drummers and eat cold and take the flats and strip meat off and chop up and use as the protein along with some sausage in a jambalaya.

I’ll usually do this but yes they do freeze. Had about 10 people over a few months ago and I ordered wings from Wingstop for 10 people. Didn’t think about the women or couple kids included don’t eat 15 wings at a time like me. So had about 4 dozen left over and stuffed them in a gallon freezer bag. Couple months later I threw the bag in simmering water for about 20 minutes then chunked them in a 400 degree oven fur about 20 more. As good as fresh.
