For the purist who enjoy the meat off the bone & super easy / peasy is to simply soak overnight in Original Alegro marinade & dropping them on the grill...I take mine off when they start to sweat.

Doves / WW are like ribeye to me & need to be eat'n med rare cooked this way.

There is a recipe on TBH somewhere of a dove spaghetti type recipe that was pretty good. My wife and kids loved it.
