My father in-law died and I found a ninja 3-1 cookerand thought it would be nice for camp since it’s a slow cooker, deep fry , oven , combination
I had never seen one before
Slow cooker - get a pork tenderloin, dry rub, baste heavy with sauce (we use Sweet Baby Rays Chicken Sauce), low for 2.5 hours. You can serve it two ways: cut 1.5" thick then put on a bun or shred it then add to bun, add more sauce and enjoy. It come out crazy tender.
Yes, that’s the 3-1 models
I cooked a chuck roast , medium stove top to sear it , then low slow for 5 hours
I have had mine for years. I like it a lot as it is very practical. You can make anything from roasts to breakfast taco filling.
The recipe for the “stew” is fairly simple. Stew meat chopped up and cooked for a couple of hours. Add veggies and cook for a few more hours. Add peppers and seasoning to taste.
