Decided to stay home yesterday afternoon and let my son sit in my blind since he doesn’t get much time to hunt. I made some more pork belly and they were great. BTY….. He tagged out on a mature 8. Worked out for us both.

Wonder if this would work with ribs? Slicing them then cooking??

Here is a recipe smoking ribs after cutting into individual ribs. It’s pretty dang good, and a whole lot easier to serve up.
