The one on the left was cooked on my BGE. The one on the right cooked on my PK. It was my first smoke on the PK so adding fuel was new to me.

Inspired by this thread and just coated a pork butt with War Pig Ham Gernade and a spatchcock chicken with SuckleBusters Chicken rub for a smoke tomorrow.
