                    when you slice next to the breast on either side we've used shrimp ,jalepena's,-and slice of onions also--and keep the bacon on .its all good

                            might have been dry becuase that's kinda hot... try cooking around the
                            200 degree mark...

                            I split a jalepeno... fill it with philly whipped cream cheese, or blue cheese,
                            wrap the quail breast (lightly seasoned) around that, then wrap with 2 pieces
                            of black peppered bacon (that way the quail is completely covered up) and
                            cook til done...
