One cow head rubbed down with SPG
Wrapped in foil
Set on the grill at 250* for 12 hours!
Pick the meat off the head and shred.
Chop onions, cilantro, and avocado.
Have your wife whip up some sourdough tortillas
And bam! It’s time for lunch!
