Preheat your blackstone griddle to a low to medium heat.
Open a can or two or three or…. However many cans you need… of the Pillsbury cinnamon rolls
Put a GENEROUS amount of bacon grease on the griddle (I use the Bacon up from H‑E‑B)
Place cinnamon rolls onto the griddle cinnamon side up
Cover the cinnamon rolls with wax paper and smash flat with a press …. I use my blackstone bacon press
Cook 4-5 minutes, until golden brown on the bottom and then flip and cook 3-4 more minutes.
Remove and frost
They will be bacony crispy on the outside and warm and gooey in the middle
