While bacon is frying, thaw 12 rolls in the microwave and then cut each one into 4 pieces. Pour a little of the bacon grease over the rolls, add the crumbled bacon, dry ranch, and mozzarella cheese and stir to make sure all pieces are evenly coated.

That sounds delicious! I am going to have to try that this weekend. Do you think it would go well with some ranch for dipping?

haven't tried it simply because we eat it too fast to think about dipping in anything but i'm sure that it would be good.

Might have to try this using a dutch oven and coals.

The wife fixed this one last night. Used different rolls (I think Pillsbury), couldn't fine Rhodes in our area. It was really good. Thanks!!
