needing a Crawfish Fondue or Dip

Does anyone have a recipe? We had a crawfish boil at school for our inservice and had leftovers. I have them peeled and was going to make something up for the staff. Thanks

Make a crawfish fetticine! I can get you a good recipe later this afternoon!

If you want a good crawfish dip do the following:

      2 lbs. peeled crawfish tails
      2 packs of cream cheese
1 table spoon of crawfish boil
      1/4 cup green onions
red pepper, black pepper, garlic powder to taste

Combine all these ingredients into a blender and set aside

Take 1/2 yellow onion and 1/2 bell pepper and sautee down in butter. Add thi to the blender.

Blend until just about puried. You want there to be small chunks of crawfish in the dip so just watch it closely while blending.

Serve with your favorite crackers. I like ritz or the large garlic flavored round croutons.

Thanks. There isn't enough crawfish to make a fettucini for the whole staff so I thought some type of dip for each of the lunches.

mix mayo, ketchup to thousand island color. Put in real horseradish to taste, louisiana type hot sauce to taste and some lea and perrin's. Very good dip for tails.
