50/50 apple cider vinegar with beer? Is there a beer that works better for this purpose? If it matters I prefer using pecan wood to smoke with.

Has anyone experimented with spritz recipes to see if one does more than just help keep the meat moist. Yes I do know about beef tallow if that comes up.
