I used this recipe tonight for my first Pork belly other than bacon.
This stuff is phenomenal!

You are correct
I took 2lbs off of one belly to make this while putting up some bacon to cure.
First time with this and I just might do a whole belly next time

It was really good. Little sweet and lingering warm heat.
Definitely making it again only next time with a whole belly instead of just 2 lbs
