    Goose Kung Pao

    AFter all the horror stories about cooking goose and eating a cedar plank instead, I was anxious to see how these geese would turn out. I had read that you want to treat it as you would beef rather than like chicken so I decided to go the Chinese route with this attempt. The wife followed a quick kung pao mix from the Asian aisle and the meat went well with the vegetables.

    We cooked the meat for a quick 4 minutes and then took it out of the pan. a few of the pieces were slightly overcooked but the majority of the meat was cooked perfectly.

    Never thought of cooking goose that way. I’ll be giving that a try.
