I’m a fan of eating (reason #234567889765 I’m fat. Lol) so I like to make meals that get me to the eating part quickly. So here goes my simple throw together recipe.
1. Brown 1.5-2lbs meat of your choice. (I’ve used leftover turkey from Thanksgiving and also worked well) typically beef or venison.
2. 2 cans of stewed tomatoes.
3. A can of tomatoe sauce, 1can of water
4. Small can of tomatoe paste.
5. A can of kidney beans drained.
6. A can of corn drained
7. 1 packet of chili powder
8. 1 packet of ranch dressing mix
9. Whatever seasonings you have that you want to add. I typically add some sort of Cajun and garlic salt.
10. Mix well, simmer, and enjoy.
I typically add Tobasco, sour cream, cheese and of course Corn Bread.
