Chopped Beef?

Wanting to make chopped beef sandwiches this weekend. Looking for a recipe and which bbq sauce to go with it. TIA

Smoke a brisket and chop it up. Add Head Country BBQ sauce and you are good to go. Serving it on Texas toast is a twist but it’s really good!

If you don’t want to spring for a whole brisket go with a chuck roast. Cheaper and for sandwiches will be just as good.

Head Country Hot and Spicy is good stuff. Chop, mix, eat. Good tip on the chuck roast.
