    Venison Pot Roast sous vide

Seasoned with salt pepper and garlic powder and bagged. It'll sit in the 180 bath for probably 5 hours then sear in a dutch oven then add some beef stock and the vegetables and finish in a 300 degree oven.
I'll let'cha know how it turns out.

    It was tasty.
The meat wasn't fall apart tender since was in a bit of a rush and I didn't do the really long and low method but it was far from tough. My wife wasn't a big fan of the Jalapenos added to the veg.
I'll have to do the 24 hour method next time.

I’ve slept since then but, not that I recall. Putting them in a separate bag gives you the ability to adjust the time and or temp for the vegetables.
