    Mesquite Country Brine Recipe Worksheet

    Several people have asked and finally I have completed it.

    Here is an excel file that uses the same format as my sausage recipes. Good Luck and let me know what yall think.

    Looks good Travis, thanks.

    However, is there a way to determine the amount of brine by the pounds of meat?
    Like on the recipe page you would put in 15 pounds of MEAT and it would figure the amount of brine needed.

            New sheet Uploaded

            Here you go. Sorry about that. Here's the version with a pump that goes on a 10% pump basis which is based off of meat weight and you have an Immersion sheet that also goes off liquid brine weight.
