My mothers famous "Shut-Up and Eat It"

    1 lb hamburger meat
    2 cans Ranch Style Beans
    1 bag shredded Mexican Cheese
    1 loaf of bread
    1 can of Jalapenos (optional)

    Brown the hamburger meat.
Pour in cans of Ranch Style Beans over the meat and let them heat up.
Pour the bag of cheese in the mix and stir up.
Add as many Jalapenos as you like (I like the whole can, "spicy", but my 3 yr old doesn't so I have to add mine to the side)
Take a piece of bread and lay it on a plate and cover it up with the fixings and enjoy.

This is a quick easy fix for the campsite. My mom came up with the name when my dad, lil brother, and I asked what it was she made, and she replied, "shut up and eat it".

Sounds like it would be good rolled up in a tortilla as well.

How come no onion fried up with the hamburger meat or is that just assumed?

Txpppr.....Hey I am all about onions....Little brother wouldn't eat them though. I will have to get my wife to make it with them next go round sounds like it will add a perfect flavor.

lbbf....I haven't tried with tortillas but it is a lil messy so it could be hard to keep the fixins inside and not all over the place.

                  martin20.....Exactly, only the dinner version..LOL.

                  head....My mom says thank you.

Willhunt4food....Cant beat it for the price and time to make and the amount of people it feeds.

That was some good eating. My little girl loved it, jalepenos and all. Simple to make and quick. I seasoned the meat with some chili powder and a cajun mix called "SLAP YO MOMMA" We kinda like things spicy.

I will have to try the chili power seasoning. I like my stuff spicy too.
