Only recipe I use anymore. Only problem is EVERYONE wants some now lol.

I have never used a dehydrator--I string my pieces on toothpicks and hang on the grill in my smoker--gotta have the wood (hickory or mesquite preferred) and I season with High Mountain Jerky Cure and Season Mix from Amazon. last batch was left too long and it is dry, but I will still eat it all.
