Spam is good stuff. We always have 3-4 cans in the pantry. I keep an emergency stash of rations in my truck in case I get stuck out on location. Spam is in it, along with vienna's and chips and cookies.

I have no problem with spam or other "processed" meats.
However, I had buddy in college that would eat the 'jelly' out of the bottom of a spam can!
