Pheasant

I have never tried pheasant.. Does it taste like quail?

My experience with pheasant.....none of it worth messin with but the breast. Legs and thighs always seem to stringy and tough. So we just breast em, cut into strips, soakin buttermilk, dip in flour and Panko bread crumbs seasond with Slap yo mamma seasoning. and deep fry.

Breasts wrapped in Bacon!!! Smoked over alder wood or apple wood!!! AWESOME!!!
