50/50 ground- 1-top sirloin steak & 2-pork tenders
sweet onion- through the grinder with the meat
Mrs.Dash
parmesan cheese
Panko bread crumbs
minced garlic
1 egg
salt & pepper
molded in a bowl
wrapped with BACON
1½hrs indirect on the Frogmat, in the OldSmokey
