    Venison in a slow cooker

Recently have gotten more into cooking and was given a crock pot for Christmas.

Any pro tips or venison recipes I should try out to start?

    Appreciate the feedback!

Lots of info on the internet for crockpot recipes. Using beef but venison will work too.

Made a stew the other day and it was killer. Carrots potatoes onion the usual seasonings. Cut up some Backstrap into bite size pieces, on low 7-8 hours. Real good.

Do this all the time. Good Food and left overs for lunches.

Neck meat in the crock pot is gooood! The more connective tissue in the meat the better when it comes to the crock pot.
