What are you basting?

Here's one

1C Corn Syrup
1/2C Brown Sugar
3T Mustard
1/2t Ground Ginger
Dash Ground Cloves
Mix all together and brush on ham


Here's another one

2T Brown Sugar
4t Butter
2t Honey
2T Olive Oil
2T Dijon Mustard
2T Soy
1t Salt
1/2t Pepper

In a small pan cook Brown Sugar, Butter and Honey until well blended
Add remaining ingredients
Stir well
Brush on ham

If you have a large ham you might have to double this
