Ended up after the sear on skillet in oven to finish the cook. No way and no how would I only cook in an oven. Haha

I definitely prefer non grass fed beef compaired to grain fed.....

I've had quite a bit of both and prefer your standard grain fed versus grass fed beef. Grass fed has a distinct taste that I do not care for.
