My Wild Kitchen - New Post - Crockpot Lazy Meatballs

Man what a weekend! While y'all were all cozy, taking naps and chasing tails in your tree blinds (Coach included!) I was elbow deep in throw up tubs and feverish kids. I'm exhausted. It's nights like tonight that I wish I had started a little earlier in the day and made something in the crock pot, something like this:

But I didn't and now I need to get off the couch and go cook supper.

But here's the link if you need something quick and easy later in the week.

On a separate note, I've also been working on a free resource for my readers, a meal planning guide and grocery shopping list. If you're not on my email subscription list and haven't seen it yet you can get a copy of it here: http://eepurl.com/cig62n.

I'd like to get some input/opinions/suggestions/feedback about it. If you subscribe to get a copy of the free download I'd LOVE to get your feedback at this short survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/9GDZKWR.

Feel free to pass these links on to whoever does the grocery shopping at your house. I'm giving away a copy of my first eCookbook to anyone who completes the survey. Thank you!!!

Are you pre-cooking the noodles or cooking them in the sauce.

Looks real good, don't everyone dog pile on me but Id have to substitute zucchini slices for the pasta. Pasta and beer is too many carbs for me and me and the beer have a history together and aint going anywhere lol. Ive subscribed and will fill out the survey when I get a chance, thanks.

Cook them in the sauce during the last 30 minutes.

I've used zucchini before with Italian dishes. Let me know how it turns out. Will you add it at the end like the pasta or cook it longer?

I cut em into chips and put em in the oven on low for a while to dehydrate them. They soak up the sauce that way like real pasta.
