HEB had loins on sale and I was bored
First cut and butterflied a 10" to 12" loin

Then I tenderized it

Seasoned with "Sweet rub o mine"

This is where I went a tad bit over the edge!
Added Boudin and Andouille sausage

Then I found some imitation crab.....what the hec

Laid out Jalapeño smoked bacon

Wrapped and off to the grill


15 minutes before I took it off I basted it in a raspberry chipotle bbq sauce

OFF THE HOOK!
