Made what seems like 5 gallons of these Sunday. 4 pans of these and 3 pork butts. My poor little pellet grill got a workout! We had a neighborhood get together. The beans are a big hit.

made these saturday night for a cookout, everyone always loves them.

i use bell peppers and onions, along with some diced jalapeno in the bacon grease. i also added some red pepper flakes and chipotle pepper powder to the final mix and it gave it some great heat.

Getting this prepped to go along with the brisket for Mothers Day. Love this recipe
