      I'm ready for the thread about the curing chamber! I'm going to be getting an old refridgirator and turning it into one to cure meat. So I'm curious about your setup.

            Hey IowaHunter, The cheese turned out to be a failure. We think we didn't let the curds drain long enough before putting them the mold. We will be getting a cheese press in the near future and trying it again.
