    Big ***** arm pancakes

    Sometimes you have to be creative, while dieting down and maintaining mass without fat gains. Here is my recipe for pancakes I eat post workout. They fit my macros and can easily be adjusted to fit anyone's.

    Ingredients:
    1 cup egg whites
    1 whole egg
    40g oatmeal
    1/4 scoop of whey protein ( I used banana today, but use whatever)

    Toppings
    PB2- powered peanut butter 12g
    Sugar free syrup
    Cinnamon

    Heat skillet and spray with cooking spray. Pour batter in and cook about 1 min or so then flip

    Add PB2, cinnamon and syrup when done

    Under 400 calories
    43g protein
    40g carbs
    10g fat
