one of my favorites
i marinate the chicken tenders overnight in Italian salad dressing with some Montreal chicken seasoning
then, i wrap then in the thinnest, cheapest bacon and sprinkle with more of the chicken seasoning
then i cook them direct over the coals on the OldSmokey at the traditional 8" height
it took 12'mins. to get the tenders to 160° with some nice char to the bacon
I have learned through the last few years that i like Goya's canned beans better than any other beans
and my favorite are the Pintos - Mexican style with onion and garlic
i like to add a few tablespoons of cheap bbq sauce to them to sweeten them up a little. but not enough to take away from the pinto's flavor.
