Smoked Kale chips.

Yup, you heard that right.
Stem out some kale and leave it in chip size pieces.
Add some of this and drizzle with olive oil.
Put it on the smoker and check in 15-20 minutes. Pull them when they are crunchy and salt to taste.

Looks good.
We like it baked. Oven at 450, clean and pat dry, spray with olive oil, season with sea salt and bake until crisp. Squeeze lemon on top once finished.
