One can of baked beans
One can of no-salt-added black beans (not drained)
One can of no-salt-added pinto beans (not drained)
One can of field peas & snaps (drained)
3tbsp soy sauce
3tbsp worcestershire sauce
One good spray of bbq sauce
2tbsp black pepper
2tbsp garlic powder
Mix in a cast iron skillet and smoked over live oak for 2 hours! This stuff is like crack!
