I just followed the recipe that was attached to the cedar plank. Added dried mustard and paprika

The cedar plank came with directions? Fancy lol. Could you just use a plank from like lowes or home depot? As long as its not treated with craziness it should be good to go right?

Cheaper and Probably better off just getting them at the grocery store. Char-Broil brand. Two per package. Soak in water for half hour
