PF Changs Mongolian Beef (er, Venison)

If you have never had the Mongolian Beef from PF Changs you are missing out!

We eat venison almost 5 nights a week so we try to get creative. I found this recipe and gave it a go using cutlets I tenderized.

    Holy smokes!

Beef lovers go crazy over this one! Use our P.F. Chang's Mongolian Beef recipe to re-create the tender beef doused with an amazing sweet soy garlic sauce!

I didn't tweak it all. Reviews are all 5 stars.

As sides, I steamed rice then "fried" it on our griddle with an egg and green peas. Also threw some frozen egg rolls in the oven.

All that I was missing was some sake!

Other than the small portion, the Mongolian Beef is delicious. My favorite dish their is the Oolong tea marinated Chilean Sea Bass.served on warm spinach.

Heck, I've had the PF Changs Mongolian beef that comes from the frozen food section at Krogers. It is dang tasty itself. I imagine you makin it home is even better

My wife gets Mongolian Beef every time we go to PF Chang's. May have to try this at home for her. Pei Wei/PF Chang's are pretty tough to beat.

Im eating it as I'm typing. Their Mongolian beef isn't like others, most everyone makes it with a very wet sauce. They make it with little sauce but thick.
