So I was trying something new since I only had four doves today. I breasted them out and took the meat off the bone. Then I made a beer batter out of flour beer and Cajun seasoning and deep fried till golden brown. Amazing!!! Is all I can say. It's quick and easy and any time I don't have enough to fire up the grill this is the new way I will be eating dove.
