First couple turkeys and need ideas

I finally made it happen on 2 Merriams in Northern California and I was wondering what you guys like to do with your turkeys. I breasted them out so I have 4 huge breasts and just not sure what's best for them

Brine in salt water for 12-24 hours. Can add other seasonings to brine as well.

Crush a sleeve of gram crackers, mix 50/50 with some chicken fry (75cents a packet at HEB)

Put your 50/50 gram cracker/chicken fry mix in a plastic tup a ware

Slice the breasts against the grain into strips

Dip in egg/milk bath, then toss into the tup a ware of mix

Shake for a minute until there is a good coating on the meat

      Fry in hot oil

      Pull out when golden brown
Have never had left overs with this recipe

We do turkey pot pie, spicy fried strips, and crockpot turkey tacos. All are delightful!
